Jiangsu Lianyuan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise integrating steelmaking, forging and mechanical processing. Located in Jianhu Economic Development Zone, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province.The Lianyuan factory covers a total area of 48,000 square meters with a construction area of 28,000 square meters, and the total assets reach 250 million RMB.
The company has obtained the certification of National High-Tech Enterprise and been recognized as a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Research Center. It boasts a professional technical team, R&D institutions, a specialized non-destructive testing laboratory and a physical and chemical testing center, with comprehensive capabilities in product R&D, manufacturing and quality control.
Our company produces 45,000 tons of ingot and 100,000 tons of forging parts, achieving sales of 500 million yuan, the company’s products are sold to domestic and Europe, America, Taiwan, South Korea and other places, by the user’s praise.

The main equipment includes 2 sets of 20-ton electric arc furnaces, 1 set of 20-ton refining furnace, 1 set of 20-ton vacuum degassing furnace, 1 set of 70-ton annealing furnace, 3 sets of 30-ton quenching and tempering electric furnaces, 2-ton, 5-ton, and 8-ton electroslag remelting furnaces, 1600-ton and 1000-ton liquid forging presses, as well as large lathes.
Products are assigned a unique traceability code (PRO NO.), with an identity tracing mechanism integrated throughout the entire process.
The tracing system covers the entire manufacturing process, including key production information such as performance test data.
